What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. The following methods of payment are accepted:
Paypal is a secure payment process. Payment is immediate which ensures your order can be shipped straight away. Payment is made by credit/debit card or direct debit from your bank account. For more information please visit www.paypal.com.au.
Bank details will be provided during the check-out process. Funds can take 72 hours to clear. In rare cases this may extend to 5 days. Your order will be sent on receipt of the cleared funds. Items will be returned to the store if payment is not received within 5 days. If you require longer to pay, please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you quote your name and/or order number as a reference.
What Are Your Postage Rates and Postage Options?
Parcel Post - 500 gram satchel $7.50
Parcel Post - 3kg Jumbo satchel $10.80
Please make contact within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns. You may return faulty items for a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability). Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds will not be given for damages in transit.
Damage in transit
All items are in good/new condition at time of shipping, however accidents can happen. Responsibility will not be taken by Jay Gee's Nook for any damages to goods in transit.
