Due to the scanning process and your screen resolution, colours of products may vary slightly from colours on the site. All information including images of products is copyrighted to Jay Gee's Nook or their respective owners. They may not be used or reproduced without written consent. Jay Gee's Nook uses trademarked names to present products to the benefit of the trademark owner with no intention of infringement of the trademark. Jay Gee's Nook disclaims all liability in relation to the unauthorised reproduction, copying or misuse of the images contained therein.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. The prices listed on the website supersede any previously published prices. Postage and handling costs are additional to listed prices. We endeavor to keep our prices as low as possible. All prices are subject to change in accordance with current foreign exchange rates and other commercial factors. We work hard to deliver cost competitive products to the customer.

Please read these Terms Of Use carefully before using this site. By using this site, you signify your agreement to these Terms Of Use. This site is owned and operated by Jay Gee's Nook. These Terms Of Use (as amended from time to time) sets forth the binding terms for your use of Jay Gee's Nook. By using Jay Gee's Nook, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Jay Gee's Nook Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with Jay Gee's Nook).
When you register as a Member, you will create a username and password. The username selected must be unique and acceptable to Jay Gee's Nook. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the username and password. Jay Gee's Nook reserves the right to delete or refuse the registration of any account at any time for any or no reason or to refuse service to anyone at anytime without notice for any reason.
How To Order
We are an internet store and therefore require orders to be made via the website. You only need to set up an account once and then login to this account when you shop each time. By using your account you can be assured that all information that you enter will be received. We will also be able to track your order history.
Please note that each time you visit the Jay Gee's Nook website, a unique internet session is started. If you leave your computer unattended for a length of time this session may end and you may lose the contents of your shopping cart. In the event this happens you will need to add all previously added products to your shopping cart again.

Methods Of Payment
Paypal
Paypal is a secure payment process. Payment is immediate which ensures your order can be shipped straight away. Payment is made by credit/debit card or direct debit from your bank account. For more information please visit www.paypal.com.au.
Bank deposit
Bank details will be provided during the check-out process. Funds can take 72 hours to clear. In rare cases this may extend to 5 days. Your order will be sent on receipt of the cleared funds. Items will be returned to the store if payment is not received within 5 days. If you require longer to pay, please contact at sales@jgsnook.com.au. Please ensure you quote your name and/or order number as a reference.
Orders are processed in order of receipt. Subject to direct deposit funds clearing our bank account, every effort is made to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Delivery
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. Jay Gee's Nook is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible. Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to you as necessary.
Out Of Stock
We make all attempts to ensure our website contains up to date information on currently stocked items. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, it will be deleted from your order. If we expect the out of stock item to arrive into our store within a short time frame, we will notify you via email. If the required item is not expected within a reasonable time, your order will be sent excluding the out of stock item. You will need to re-order the item as stock is replenished, as we do not keep back orders on file.
Order Issues
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order. Please make contact within 14 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns. You may return faulty items for a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability). Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds will not be given for damages in transit.

Jay Gee's Nook is an internet store only. We do not have a pick up service available and we are unable to accommodate visitors to our warehouse location.
